Return Policy

Due to the fragile nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges as there is a risk of them arriving back damaged. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we will make our best effort to rectify it. In the rare circumstance that an item arrives damaged, reach out to us at admin@thesoulfulmystic.com within 5 days of receipt explaining the damages. If your return claim is accepted, we’ll send you a discounted return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt of approved returns, monies will be returned in the form of a store credit.

Shipping Policy

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. We strive to have all orders shipped by the 3 business day. We utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL for the delivery of orders. We always choose the most economic carrier for each order.
